Session Flow Examples

Laying the Groundwork

  • Share what brings you here — a feeling, question, event or transition

  • Begin to sketch the shape of your life: major events, relationships, turning points

  • Identify what feels alive, unresolved, or calling you

Mapping Patterns & Rhythms

  • Work with seven-year cycles and planetary phases to bring context and meaning

  • Recognise patterns that repeat — outward events or inward experiences

  • Locate thresholds, moments of decision, loss, or redirection

Soul Dialogue & Creative Insight

  • Engage in reflective conversation, image-work, or gentle artistic processes

  • Use artistic expression or writing to express soul impressions

  • Invite archetypal or spiritual themes into awareness

Integration & Ongoing Insight

  • Distil meaning from what has emerged — what wants to be remembered or honoured?

  • Discover personal rituals, practices, or images to support your unfolding life

  • Leave with greater orientation, self-trust, and a sense of coherence

Questions & Answers

  • No preparation is needed.

You’re welcome to bring a question, a life situation, or simply a sense that something wants to be seen or understood.

The work unfolds from where you are.

  • No — although it can be deeply healing.

Biography work is not psychological treatment or diagnosis. It’s a guided reflection on your life story, rhythms, and soul development.

It offers meaning, coherence, and deeper orientation — not advice or solutions. It is a road map for life, and orients you as to where you are currently, where you have been, and prepares you for what lies ahead.

  • That's completely fine.

We work with what lives in you now — memories, feelings, patterns, even dreams or images. Prompts may be provided to help with reflecting on earlier life phases.

Often, what needs to arise will find its way into the space, even if consciously forgotten.

  • Some people come once.

Others come monthly or seasonally, especially around transitions.
This is not a fixed program — the rhythm is yours to choose.

One session can bring clarity; ongoing work can offer deep integration over time.

  • The work is spiritually grounded, but not religious or dogmatic.

Anthroposophy is a practice of the holisitc study of human consciousness.
It honours the soul as a real and active presence in your life — and trusts that you carry your own inner wisdom.

We work with spiritual principles (like life rhythms, archetypes, karma), but only as far as they serve your own experience.

  • Primarily, we work through conversation and deep listening.
    There may also be:

    • simple life charts or visual maps

    • creative processes (drawing, writing, movement — no skill needed)

    • symbolic or imaginal practices

    • occasional reference to planetary rhythms or developmental phases

All tools are invitational, never imposed.

  • Not at all.

The work meets you where you are — no background or belief system is needed.

All that’s asked is openness, curiosity, and a desire to meet your life more consciously.
