About Me

My path to becoming a Biography Work Consultant began during my training as a Steiner kindergarten teacher in my 40’s. We were introduced to Biography Work and I experienced a moment of profound recognition, and an intuitive knowledge that this was part of my path. That moment later led to a three-year training in Holistic Biography Work.

Like many true paths, mine hasn’t been linear. It’s been rich with thresholds, blessings, and challenges—each one deepening my understanding of what it means to be human.

While I don’t follow a specific faith or tradition, I live in deep relationship with the spiritual world—one that recognises our shared origin and nature.

I have a broad range of lived experience, including a professional background which reflects my strengths.

Of all the various adventures, parenthood has held the most profound lessons for me. I have learnt that growth is lifelong and change is always possible, no matter where we are on our journey, or how fixed our lives may feel.

Today, I bring all of this to my soul work with others. I provide thoughtful guidance, offering practical tools and steps to support your journey toward self-awareness and integration.
