    Primarily, we work through conversation and deep listening.
    There may also be:

    • simple life charts or visual maps

    • creative processes (drawing, writing, movement — no skill needed)

    • symbolic or imaginal practices

    • occasional reference to planetary rhythms or developmental phases

    All tools are invitational, never imposed.

  • No — although it can be deeply healing.


    Anthroposophical Biography Work is not psychological treatment or diagnostic.

    It’s a guided reflection on your life story, rhythms, and soul development.

    It offers meaning, coherence, and deeper orientation — not advice or solutions. It is a road map for life, and orients you as to where you are currently, where you have been, and prepares you for what lies ahead.

  • The work is spiritually grounded, but not religious or dogmatic.

    Anthroposophy is a practice of the holisitc study of human consciousness.
    It honours the soul as a real and active presence in your life — and trusts that you carry your own inner wisdom.


    We work with spiritual principles (like life rhythms, archetypes, karma), but only as far as they serve your own experience.

  • No preparation is needed.

    You’re welcome to bring a question, a life situation, or simply a sense that something wants to be seen or understood.

    The work unfolds from where you are.

  • Some people come once.

    Others come monthly or seasonally, especially around transitions.
    This is not a fixed program — the rhythm is yours to choose.

    One session can bring clarity; ongoing work can offer deep integration over time.

  • Not at all.

    The work meets you where you are — no background or belief system is needed.


    All that’s asked is openness, curiosity, and a desire to meet your life more consciously.
