Anthroposophy is a practice of the holisitc study of human consciousness.
It honours the soul as a real and active presence in your life — and trusts that you carry your own inner wisdom.
We work with spiritual principles (like life rhythms, archetypes, karma), but only as far as they serve your own experience. -

You’re welcome to bring a question, a life situation, or simply a sense that something wants to be seen or understood.
The work unfolds from where you are.
